Once you have made the decision to build, we suggest now is the best time to obtain your planning permit [if applicable]. Your building designer can help you with this process.

We can provide a firm and detailed quote for your project, based on completed working drawings and engineering specifications. Understandably, at this stage there is a token charge.

Of course you may make a few revisions to your specifications, with resultant costs revisions, as we move towards the final agreement. Once we are all agreed, both parties will sign the contract.

Getting close now. Now is the time to obtain your building permit - and we are ready to start! We are happy to offer advice on the process, if required, but your building designer can help you with this too.

The project is off and running. We will order your windows and doors so that they can be manufactured in parallel with other work. At this stage we commence [and complete] the 3D modelling of your home and our shop drawings.

Things are starting to take shape. Any on-site earth works are completed and precision prefabrication of your home components are constructed in a controlled environment inside our factory premises. No hold ups due to bad weather!

Windows and doors have arrived! Prefabrication is complete. We load your home, in component form, onto trucks and away we go. We will assemble your home on-site in a matter of days. Neighbours will be impressed with the speed and efficiency of our assembly technique.

Your home is at lock-up already. The trades can now work on the internals of your home without consideration of the weather. At lock-up we will complete a blower door test to guarantee your home performs at 0.6 ACH [air exchanges per hour]

If contracted to do so, we will project manage the relevant trades and services to finish your home to completion. In any case, we will complete the second blower door test and provide a guarantee of air tightness. Handover takes place and maybe a glass of bubbly to celebrate!
